The OGSIG Executive are pleased to announce that the O&G Imaging SIG Meeting 2023, will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Australia on Thursday 23 March. This will be a face-to-face meeting, with the option to register to view content on-demand post-event. The Meeting will not be live streamed.

Registration Fees:

All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

Please note that all registration fees include access to the content on-demand, which will be available from 30 March until the 3 July, 2023. The Meeting will not be live streamed.

Standard fees apply from 20 February 2023.

Payment:
Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Events and will incur a 1.8% booking fee. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST of 10%. Credit card payments are processed via Stripe, a Level 1 service provider compliant to PCI DSS version 2.0. Confirmation and a tax invoice/receipt will be sent via email.

Cancellations:
All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at annie@outshine.co.nz

Cancellations made prior to 20 February will be refunded less AUD $100.00 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds for full cancellations will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details.

Should your circumstances change, and you wish to attend on-site in Adelaide having registered for on-demand viewing or need to change from an on-site registration to an on-demand registration for whatever reason, you are able to do so at the current dated early or standard registration rate. You will be required to either pay or will be refunded the difference in registration pricing at the advertised current dated rate (early or standard). From 9 March 2023 if you change from on-site to on-demand attendance, you will not receive a refund for the difference in fees as the meeting will have incurred non-refundable costs for your on-site attendance.

If you have registered to attend on site in Adelaide and the Organisers are unable to hold an on-site meeting due to circumstances out of their control, the meeting will be delivered as a live virtual event and your registration will be transferred to a virtual registration with the difference in registration cost (if applicable) refunded to you. 

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Executive Committee, the meeting is cancelled outright the Executive Committee will reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the meeting, and which could not be recovered from third parties.

On-Demand Conference Platform:
The on-demand content of the O&G Imaging Meeting 2023 is being delivered post meeting, and as such, the Organisers and Conference Managers will provide clear guidelines on best-operating systems to use for optimum viewing of the on-demand content for attendees. The Conference Managers will take no responsibility or accept requests for a refund if the guidance for viewing is not followed.

Health & Safety:
The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the Executive Committee and the Meeting Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the Executive Committee and the Meeting Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all meeting attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities. Each attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment through:
Listening to the health and safety briefing on site and/or.

  • Reading the health and safety procedure document provided on site at the registration desk.
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur on site at the meeting are reported.
  • Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the Executive Committee or a staff member at the Venue/s immediately of any health and safety concerns.
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other meeting delegates and employees.
  • Stay home if you are unwell, advise the Conference Managers, and switch to an on-demand registration.
  • Follow all venue and public health guidelines and regulations.

Delegate List:
Personal information is collected on behalf of the OGSIG. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation, and email address. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to the meeting and future organisers of OGSIG Meetings. This list will not be provided by the Executive Committee to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the delegate list please indicate during the registration process.

Insurance:
OGSIG and the Conference Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the meetings. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the meeting.

Photography/Video:
O&G Imaging SIG Meeting is held in a public space; therefore, we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of Organisers. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, can object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at annie@outshine.co.nz.

Protecting Your Personal Data:
Please note, the European Union’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25 May 2018. Whilst the O&G Imaging SIG Meeting is based in Australia, and we do not always have delegates or speakers attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected. Please note, when you register online you will be asked to give your consent to providing your personal information in order to register for the meeting.
